I haven't had to change my home insurance for over 15 years but was forced to as the company i've used terminated the agreement because of home insurance not been available with them no more. I was recommended this company and they help me through the process and made it clear what was needed to protect my home and its contents. Very impressed with the service and will be looking to transfer all my insurances to them in future.

After years of renewing insurance on line,it was good to be able to sit down and speak in person to someone.Dave,the manager,was friendly,welcoming,and very knowledgeable about the products.
He saved me money against my on line renewal quote for house and contents.

Hi having 2 car's requiring renewal on the 31st & the 1st it can be an expensive experience, I have been with A Plan for over 13yrs with my various vehicle's and my partners new car insurance quote was extortionate with her company! So I enquired when renewing my cover about hers? Result was excellent & we obtained cover to drive each others car's at a very competitive price with exactly the cover we required. Different company's but that's the advantage of using a broker and there services were spot on, very pleased to endorse. Thanks 😊 Vic & Di

Hi, the service from A plan is always very good. I’m sure it’s not the company’s fault but the premium still seems a bit high. Next year after your quote I will shop around.

I was lucky enough to speak to James at Birmingham branch. All questions answered, was one of the most easiest experiences. He guided me through all my options, and within thirty minutes he had rung me back., So extremely brilliant service,, so good to know insurance on house all completed.
