Just taken out insurance with Howden’s. I was assisted by Beckii Skipp at the Shirley branch, who was amazing, helpful, professional and polite. It was a no pressure conversation and everything was explained in great detail, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

As usual the staff were very helpful and worked hard to get me the correct cover for my two vehicles and home insurance, despite recent increases the products I was advised on were value for money and I am confident they will do the same for our third vehicle due to renew in December. As always it’s a pleasure to deal with the company, staff are friendly and professional, I have recommended numerous times to friends and family.

Nathan at your Preston branch was very helpful. We were disappointed that our existing insurer had said they would not renew our policy. This proved to be no problem and Nathan soon found us an insurer at a competitive price. It was also very nice in this day and age to have the personal touch and someone to explain things to. Truly believe insurance companies are ripping you off. We are paying for people un insured. NCB does not reflect what your paying. Not keeping to inflation rates at the time.

Howden provide a friendly, professional and efficient service whether you want to deal by internet, phone or face to face which I prefer. The office is welcoming and friendly along with helpful and friendly staff who deal with all insurance requirements effectively, answering questions with expert knowledge, taking time to find a deal that suits your needs and the cheapest available within this current climate of uncontrolled rising costs!
