We had little option, once A-Plan acquired the brokerage of our previous local advisor ~ Prior & Co of Hayle. That said the renewal premium and provided cover was totally acceptable, avoiding the need to attract competitive quotes.

Very helpful friendly staff, they explain things well, give you different options of cover but don’t make you feel like you have to take it. It’s so good for us older people to be able to have face to face contact and not have to do everything online. All in all a pleasant experience.

The best insurance brokers I’ve ever used
I’ve always like specialist vehicles and for the last 10 years they’ve provided me with very competitive quotes on a wide range of vehicles from a Diesel Golf to kit cars and supercars, with the odd EV and HGV motorhome thrown in as well
Their knowledge on the subject and ability to get the best policy for my needs has been second to none
A few weeks ago I was unfortunate enough to need to make a claim
Yet again I was guided through the process with minimal fuss be Aplans very helpful staff, even offering to deal with the insurance company if I needed assistance
The insurance company were also very helpful and supportive and within a few days of me providing details and photos they’d requested a settlement was agreed first time at a reasonable market valuation
I can’t say enough about how much of a nice surprise this came as after hearing how others have been treated by different insurers

I’m impressed by the office I visit, I’m getting old and it’s great to do it the old way face to face, I struggle with computers and find the minefield of phone with the “press 1 for yes and 2 for no routine annoying”
