Just wanted to write about my experience about getting a car repair done which had scratches on two panels. I dealt with Richard Williams from start to finish and he was excellent explaining the whole process and giving me tips from his experience over many years. I’ve put May 15 as the date but in reality he helped my during periods in March April May and June as it turned into a complicated process at least for me but not for Richard. I would recommend a-plan and Richard to anyone as he puts your mind at ease. Thanks again
