I needed to find a different insurer for my classic car after my current insurer increased the renewal premium by 300%! Tom Larkins at Cherished was able to offer a better level of cover for £160 less than my current insurer's quotation. Tom was friendly and thoroughly professional throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the products on offer, answering queries without hesitation. I cannot remember renewing car insurance being so painless.

My experience with Howden insurance was absolutely spot on from start to finish and very polite and helpful Gregory Webb was the guy who helped me with my car insurance he went out of his way to get my insurance to the lowest as possible excellent customer service (keep up the hard work ) happy customer here will be definitely be going back not to mention ellie to who was happy to help me at the start

Emma Stanton went out of her way to negotiate an insurance company to reinsure my building for another year, when they had dropped me with very little notice. I'm in my mid seventies with some chronic ill health, and this had caused me great worry and anxiety.
Emma was extremely supportive, professional, knowledgeable. She kept in touch throughout , and not only did she get the insurance for me, she was Kind; a quality often missing in these negotiations. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I’ve several policies with A-plan and ok I could shop around and save a few £s but what price do you place on expertise.
A few years ago I had a breakdown in Portugal and typically the RAC made a mistake and wouldn’t attend. A-plans area manager paid using his own CC for us to be sorted out. You tell me another broker/agent that would go above and beyond like that. RAC gave me £50 compensation - big deal!
So happily I’ve just renewed my camper insurance with Kerry Cornwell. Yes it’s gone up from last year but apparently nowhere near Martin Lewis’s national average increase

Great service, you can talk to a friendly and knowledgeable person. None of this press a button, or talking to a BOT. They got me the best deal for 2 out of my 4 policies and no hard pressure to purchase the other higher priced ones. It pays to shop around but service and the personal touch makes it a happier experience.

Phone was answered quickly by Maria, (Welwyn Garden City), who was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and also sympathetic to our situation.
Although much more expensive this year, as we are very impressed with this professional service,
we agreed to take out a new policy. We shall certainly look to move our other insurance policies to Howden's next year.
