Dealt with Lee Holmes in the Howden Northampton branch regarding Buildings & Contents insurance. He was very efficient, friendly & knowledgeable; the whole process painless.

It took repeated calls & visits to get the policy sorted, then two weeks and several chasing calls to get evidence that the renewed policy was actually in place. The overall product and advice was good, but customer care needs to be worked on.

I’ve been a client of A-Plan (now Howden) for 25+ years and never had to claim on anything. Then I had a pretty significant Car Accident and I realised why I’ve used A-Plan for all that time. Richard Williams was truly exceptional. Not only caring about me and whether I was ok, but his whole management of the insurer, claims process, advice on how the process would evolve and where best to take the car to ensure the right repair was everything I could have hoped for and more.
