What can I say? They've been amazing! Normally in the past I've hated calling insurance companies but Aplan is a breath of fresh air. I spoke to Abida who answered all questions and even put my mind at rest with my van set up. Abida deserves a bonus A* I will be with them for the long run đź‘Ť

The service is always friendly and efficient. The only downside on this occasion was that the renewal notification letter has not been received so I had to rapidly deal with the insurance renewal however I was happy with their service & the final outcome.
