For me the fact I can either walk into the office and speak to a person is great, when I call a human answers the phone to speak to and not a robotic recorded message that ask a lot of time wasting questions then put in a queue listening to a dreadful tune for ages.

From start to finish it was great very good price for my son on his first car in fact a fantastic price the chap I who sorted it out was great most helpful. I’ve been insuring cars for years and companies could learn a lot from them! 10 out of 10 and I don’t ever bother leaving reviews but I had to do this one👍
