I have been using Howden for quite some time now, the thing I like about them most is that they are a local company to me and you get a personal service. I always do my homework before I renew and I have always found Howdens to be both easy to communicate with and straightforward. I have my car and my house insurance with Howdens. I have been managing car insurance via Howdens Macclesfield office for several years, and have recently also been arranging home insurance through them as well. My most recent experience - looked after by Kimberley Philips - was as professional, efficient and friendly as I have come to expect. 'Phone calls were immediately taken or, when this was not possible, returned swiftly with apologies for (almost non-existent) inconvenience caused. A thoroughly pleaseant experience!
