I have used Howden's for car insurance for my newly qualified daughter for a couple of years now. Initially as a named driver on my policy and now her own policy. The price including breakdown was very good and the best thing is being able to speak to a real person who can understand your questions.

Sarah Hares at Howdens provided exceptional service when handling both the cancellation of my mum's insurance and providing a quote for my new car. Sarah was highly professional, efficient, and demonstrated a warm, friendly demeanour throughout our conversation. I called Howden yesterday with a view to transfer my motor insurance policy to a new car I bought. Miss Taiya responded to my call and clearly explained to me the procedures. She is sincere and responsive to handle my case and the quotation given by Howden is very reasonable. Unlike some other insurance companies which always gave me a higher costs some years ago. I have been using Howden for about 7 years and I found it is a very good company. Miss Taiya is courteous, patient and a very helpful staff.
