I primarily dealt with Zavaar Ahmed at Shirley and he was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable that I took out two policies with Howden. I intend to continue using this company for all my insurance needs as long as I am able to deal with Zavaar going forward. What an excellent representative of the company!

Howdens have been dealing with two unfortunate claims, one motoring and not my fault and the other a laptop which certainly was! In both cases they have been very polite very patient and proactively helpful in recovering my costs insofar as the policies allowed. Excellent!

Kimberley Phillips was the lady who dealt with my insurance renewal by telephone. She was excellent, dealt well with all my interruptions, questions and suggestions. In addition she did not "hard sell" all the other offerings one usually gets. All very professional. I have been with this company for approximately 10 years, and never had a problem, or felt let down. They have always bent over backwards to help me.
