Great to avoid a telephone queues and enjoy friendly but professional service. We have now moved all our insurances to the A plan team in Salisbury and feel we are in very safe hands. Most recently spoke with Brooke who was excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

I found all the staff very helpful and it is nice to speak to people who are very willing to help you on the phone. Mike Lewis at the Camberley branch has been incredibly helpful to me, and I’m deeply appreciative.
My car wouldn’t start on Thursday so I called the AXA breakdown cover is included in my insurance policy.
After being on hold for 40 minutes I called APlan Camberley to let them know my call wasn’t being answered. Mike then also tried to contact AXA.
In the meantime I continued to call AXA, this time using two mobile phones! No luck.
Eventually AXA answered Mikes call after being on hold for the better part of an hour and Mike asked them to contact me. AXA called me about 16.45 on Thursday but the connection was lost and no attempt was made to call me back (I still haven’t heard from them).
Anyway, I desperately needed the car for the following day. Mike offered to call in to see me on his way home. Fortunately Mike had jump leads with him and was soon able to restart my car. Whew!!
So, 10 out of 10 to Mike and APlan and 0 out of 10 to AXA.
I’d hate to imagine a more vulnerable persons car breaking down on the hard shoulder of a motorway and experiencing the same difficulty trying to contact AXA. It doesn’t bear thinking about.

First time we have used A Plan normally use the comparison sites but this time it was good to talk to somebody and sort my insurance will be changing to A Plan on my other car and house insurance when due. Very impressed with the overall service. 5 stars ⭐️

Kane did an excellent job of obtaining a competitive insurance for our car. the policy contains what we asked for , and is £200 cheaper than Ouated by my last insurer. We already have our house hold insurance with you, and are happy with that.
