Having decided to change from my long term insurer I popped into A Plan in Bromsgrove to get a quote. I was given a friendly greeting and passed over to Joel who sorted out my quote. He was professional and knowledgeable and after discussing and fulfilling my needs I was more than happy to give him my business. It’s such a refreshing change to have a face to face chat with someone who knows what they’re talking about. We have been back since and are looking to take out House Insurance with them and also my wife’s car insurance. First class service.
