Bethany Sargent was my advisor she was amazing!! Bethany was clear and knew what she was doing in order for me to change policy on my New Car swiftly and promptly with no error. Renewing insurance seemed to take forever, nothing had changed on my policy at all, was on the phone for around 30 minutes! The only physical change was 2000 miles more on the clock than the last renewal so thought it should of been a case of "Nothing changed, here's my card details, thanks"

In reply to your rather silly prompt, parting with loads of money is never a great experience.
The transaction was businesslike - as one should expect - and I'm sure Shane Diamond did his best further to reduce the premium. If it had been lower still I would have awarded 5 stars.

I have been dealing with the Aylesbury branch for many years now and the customer service has been second to non. Today, Reece has been extrmeley helpful and it's refreshing to speak to someone who knows their job and is happy down the phone to. Great customer service, it goes a long way. Not sure I would use anyone else for Horsebox insurance now.

Helpful service to get my premium down. I saw a previous post about increase of cost and never making a claim. I feel the same and some changes need to be made for those who never ever make claims to protect us against those that claim for everything because they think they have a right.
