Great service as usual from Lewis at the Swindon branch - he always does the best job on our insurance and is very knowledgeable. Lewis followed up quickly on my calls and concerns regarding my renewal. The great thing about A Plan is I can always get one of their team on the phone straight away - no annoying or frustrating call centre/ select options etc
