We always use A-Plan and find all of the staff are really nice and helpful, but we have been dealing with Karl Burkhardt who really goes out of his way to look after us, nothing is too much trouble for him, so we would give him 10 out of 10 if we could!

The Aplan team at the Preston office are alway available, alway call back when they say they will. You can speak to a named individual. They always do the very best they can for you and explain things clearly. The only time they could not help me was with annual travel insurance (on price), but they did try very hard. I am more than happy with the service they provide.

was getting nowhere online, So tried local Aplan Insurance office in Worcester, Phone was picked up quickly by Emily George and straight away got what i was trying to do, Sorted it all out for me with no fuss.

Perfect service from Liz👌…not happy with prices but all insurance companies are rip offs..but we have to have it..absolutely outrageous price I’m paying for my three vehicles and it’s use to be the computer sets the price-well someone has to program it…now it’s the Ukrainian war now Covid is off the hook…absolutely ripped off in everything we do in this country!!….that’s it I’ve had my rant!🙈🙄…kind Regards Rog (loyal customer for what good it does!!)

Aplan i never heard of before it came up on google search, they are a insurance broker who call you back to give a quote. There customer service is amazing, like they really amazing and get every fact about you and your car. Now the quote was extremely high for my Audi tt, £350 more then online companies but they glowed of perfection & knowledge, so yes i paid £1,000 rather then £550 or £650.
