Dealt with Rebekah Hamilton at Wilmslow branch, for new insurance policy. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She was a pleasure to deal with and at no point was pushing me into purchasing like some other companies. Would definitely recommend and will be back for quotes on other insurance products when renewals are due.

The staff understood my requirements and provided some choices for me to select. Once this was done, they organized a policy that suited my requirements and above all confirmed that in the case of a claim i should contact the A plan office for them to deal with the claim.

Just insured my car through A plan, having experienced huge increase in premiums I called into the Loughborough branch. Not only did they beat all the comparison websites you can actually speak to a human, get immediate answers and have the backup should you need to make a claim. First class service from Sam and Miles and perfect example why dealing with a brick and mortar company is far superior to messing around for hours on the web.

I have dealt with A-Plan Insurance for a number of years for car insurance and latterly for our Buildings & Contents Insurance.
I find the team at Kidderminster very polite as well as being efficient and knowledgeable in what they deal with.
As others are saying there is no phone queue and if the person you want to speak to isn't available they'll phone you back.
