Took out insurance with Howden got a good price from them happy my only complaint would be they said they would ring me back a week later to take payment but had to ring them not shaw if they would have rung me and didn’t want to get could out with no insurance as this was on Saturday they said they was extremely busy and would have got to me but hay ho I aired on the side of caution but still pleased saved a few bob 👍

The staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful but I was a bit miffed that I cannot get a receipt for the money that I paid to Howden or a copy of the policy involved.

I have just recently renewed both my home and contents insurance with Howden's for the second year running and I have to say their service was outstanding. The private client insurance consultant who dealt with my renewal was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful and in this day and age personal service goes along way. I also have my commercial, business interruption with Howdens and am just about to switch my car insurance over to them for all the same above reasons together with their competitive prices. Indeed I have found both much more expensive and slightly cheaper insurance quotes for all my policies online but am more than happy to pay slightly more and stay with Howdens for both piece of mind and their fantastic personal service .
