Home insurance staff are busy, but do return calls and are helpful when they do. I had forgotten that they are a middle broker, so they added a fee on top.
While service was good for a renewal, I sought a new quote for a different property, which I never heard about again after it was referred. Didn't matter as this business seems better at specialist insurance so went elsewhere anyway.
