Have to totally recommend Lendyl from Howdens. He was an absolute star when I broke down without my documents (of course!) last week and really went over and above after hours to help me out. Really appreciate his help and five star customer service. This is what makes great companies.

Sue at Howden’s was absolutely brilliant when I phoned her about my home insurance. She immediately understood the problem I was facing (where my previous insurers just told me to go on comparison sites ) and agreed to negotiate with an appropriate company on my behalf. The relief after phoning several companies to be speaking to someone knowledgable and who understood the situation and my anxiety! By the afternoon Sue phoned me back with the offer of insurance which met my needs and at a reasonable price. I certainly would recommend Howden’s

The person who dealt with my car insurance was very helpful and informative I felt he covered all I needed to know, he was also able to answer any queries I had. Whilst the name has changed, one hopes that the quality of personal service will remain the same after decades of using A Plan. Guess only time will tell. It is the personal service that has kept us (and all our policies) with A Plan, as the prices are higher than those found online. Personable, polite and helpful staff.
