I went to Howdens when I moved homes and had no insurance. When I entered their offices I could hear the team busy giving advice over the phone to customers and potential customers. I was shown to an available agent called Bradley who took all my details and specifications of what I needed and did a thorough search to find the correct insurance company. When I agreed with the cover and quotation, Bradley actually advised me to go and think about it but I was happy with the insurance cover and agreed to go ahead there and then. Bradley gave me all the policy documents before I left.

Howden called me to let me know our car insurance was due. I hadn't realised so it was a great reminder. The quote they gave me was half the price of any that I could get on comparison websites. I was so shocked that I had saved over £800. I have given them the dates of my other insurances so hope they will be able to better them too.

Charlene at your offices in ST .Albans was very helpful and informative, recommending we split our house and contents insurance with two different companies as this would save us money. She spent time explaining both polices with me and my wife and even confirmed with a college was this the best option for us and was informed yes, even though it would cost us a little more money if we had to make a claim as we were dealing with two insurance companies and not one
