I've used A-plan, Bournemouth branch, for many years for both my car and house insurance and can thoroughly recommend them. The staff are always pleasant and friendly and I trust them implicitly to get me the best deal. After being contacted by them about the need to renew my car insurance I spoke to Samantha Bassett who very efficiently talked me through their suggested best choice and patiently answered all my questions before I made my payment. It's always reassuring to know that A-plan are looking after your best interests.

Friendly and helpful contact with your office staff. Accepted revised car insurance for lower cost and was told I’d be contacted for payment nearer the time my insurance was due. I had to phone office to make payment on the due date as I didn’t get a call from your agent as promised. Apart from that, I was very pleased with overall service.

Great service and found us a more competitively priced policy for our motor vehicle than our current provider. We now have both our vehicles insured through A Plan Insurance. The staff are very helpful and explain everything clearly. Being able to go into the office and speak to someone face to face is a big plus. Highly recommend and will ask them to quote when our house insurance is due next year.
