A-Plan normally delivers a competitive price for Agreed Value Classic car insurance.
However it needs to ensure that whenever there is an agreed value renewal that this is finalised before quoting the latest price after all documention & photos are updated, whenever needed, and before the renewal date-this should be a new policy for A-Plan who is a BMWCC approved Insurer for all its clients

They were, so far, quick with their response, and gave me a very competitive quote. We have not quite finished, as I have yet to receive a hard copy of my policy, and paperwork.

Excellent customer service is what A-plan is all about. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable staff that are always happy to search around for the best cover at the best price. Always at the end of the phone should you need to speak to someone and of course, and best of all, always available to see a real person at their Newport High street office. Brilliant!

I found the broker was putting pressure on me and then passed me to a higher brokerage team, which in the end was a waste of their time and mine.
I had to go through the quote details fully twice and as I was in the middle of a house move was not at all helpful. he ended up giving me the cover I had requested in the first place despite dire warnings of what the underwriters would do. I had sat and calculated how much I thought the contents were worth to renew, only to be told it was too high- despite that everything has gone up with inflation then to be told lots of people don't have sufficient cover . I felt I was put in the wrong despite trying to be accurate. Not the same experience as I had when setting up the buildings cover.
