A plan have a great reputation within the gen 1 Mini community as a good insurers, I had two minis insured last year a very competitive price for both mini's.
I've decided to stay with A plan again this year BUT my insurance has sky rocketed this year 🥺.
I was hoping by introducing a third Mini would keep me in the good books bringing more custom to APlan but no they hit me fairly hard in the pocket. I'm hoping to stay next year but if I end up taking another 30% next year just will push me away.

Great communication with a professional approach. Also and for me probably one of the most important things is? They actually send you paperwork through the post. I think this is a sad indictment of society that we don’t receive paperwork in the post.

I've been buying my insurance through A-plan for over ten years (for vehicle and for flat contents) and I cannot praise this company highly enough. They bend over backwards to get you the best deals, and if you ever need to call them to make a claim you will get straight through to an advisor, who will see to it that the process is as painless as possible. Yes, doing it all on-line would probably be cheaper, but if you want peace of mind should things go wrong then it's worth paying a little extra to let A-plan take the strain.

I telephoned A plan at Poole Dorset at 4.45 pm on a Friday night.
The call was taken by Adam who patiently took all the details.
I had not realised that the office closed at 5pm but Adam remained on the call until well after 5.30pm
Early on Monday morning Adam telephoned with 2 quotes- for a 50 year old boat. Very efficient but friendly. Calls were answered very quickly each time.

I used to go online to search for car insurance when mine was due, but this year I have past by A-Plan offices in Shrewsbury many time so I thought I would call in to see what sort of deal was on offer. I am so please I did as all of the staff are very pleasant and happy to help, also I have saved myself quite a bit of money
