Everyone I have spoken has been polite and well informed as to the products on offer. If they say they will phone back at a certain time they do. The phone is answered promptly. I wish my bank were half as good.

Howden insurance in Bicester is the best broker I have ever dealt with, the service is amazing 100% I just went to sort out breakdown cover and within seconds the lady was on the phone and it was all sorted and done added to my insurance no problem at all . Huge thanks to Luke Morley and Lizzy Lee at Howdens. We were having a tricky time trying to find insurance using comparison sites. Luke sorted out a policy that was tailored to us and met all our needs, at a reasonable price, within hours. He was a pleasure to deal with and it was such a relief to talk to a human being. I recently took out Health Insurance for my family through Matthew Spiringhall at Howden Life & Health. Matthew was excellent throughout the process, clear in his explanation and answered all of the questions I had.
