The experience I had with the staff from the first call was refreshingly wonderful. I spoke with Charlie E who although his job made the time on the phone a more pleasurable experience than the online one I have had.

A leaflet cane in the post so I thought I’d give it a try. Freddie the man I spoke to that day was brilliant, friendly but very professional. He helped me in every way he could whilst we talked through the details. He even suggested I went on to my husbands policy as a named driver which proved to be great advice as it lowered the cost of the policy. I will be returning to get a quote for my car at a later date and for our public liability insurance for our business.
