Martin was efficient, friendly, helpful and found us a much better price for our car insurance. He took all the details and was very quick to call back with the quote. Much better than having to spend ages on a computer answering lots of questions on a comparison website! We will be using Howdens to obtain quotes for other insurance when they come up for renewal.

Having recently had an accident, I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with the insurance company.
But speaking with Paige and then Nicole was a breath of fresh air.
This company delivers service the way it used to be—no long waits in phone menus, clear communication, and they actually call you back when they say they will.
It was such a pleasant surprise to find a company that is genuinely great to deal with. I would highly rate them to anyone who appreciates first-class customer service—something that’s all too rare these days

Worked exceptionally hard to get me the right deal and gave great prices for all the add-ons. Dealing with my little flaps instantly and when I needed a call-out, it was no issue at all. If you have a Camper - in fact if you need any type of cover... give them a call!

I wanted a quote from Howdens because I have previously found the staff there to be helpful and accommodating, understanding issues that are not explored easily on the phone or internet. I wasn't disappointed as I found the same insurance at a comparable price. Friendly service and fully understanding of my needs.

The service of resuming my insurance was very quick, as Luke Morley sorted it out very quickly, however, I'm not entirely happy with the cost s it has jumped by £50.00 in a matter of 4 weeks!! it's a big jump for the same product in a short period of time. I needed the insurance so I can resume work, but not convinced by the high jump in cost. I will be reviewing other options in a few months time when I'm well settled in into my new job, and do a bit of shopping around.
