Great attention to detail from Greg, particularly as we had a complicated insurance situation. I really saw the value in using a broker rather than a comparison site, with Greg triple checking something I wanted to make sure was covered. Patient and understanding service, which was important given we were reinsuring following a bereavement.

Phoned Howden in Luton to to renew my motor insurance. The call was answered by Josh who very professionally and efficiently took me through the policy and clearly explained the procedures and my options. The price quoted was also good! I have been with Howden's in Luton for some 14 years and have always found very professional and efficient. Consequently, I would highly recommend them, particularly the Luton branch.

The gentleman I conversed with via telephone calls was extremely helpful and always prompt with updating and answering various questions.
