Being able to talk to an actual person with ease and no long waits. One call to Louise at Howden was all it took to beat my existing motor insurance renewal price. What a refreshing change to be able to speak to someone at a company. [The agent is Jonathan Scanlan.] For me, that makes such a difference. The transaction went smoothly, although I had an issue with the QR code to access my documents online which I haven't yet managed to resolve, but the paperwork was sent out speedily to me in the post.
