I experienced excellent customer service, great advise, & a good price for my car insurance. Nothing was too much trouble. I decided to use them because they take care of everything if you have an issue instead to dealing with my previous insurance company where you have to wait around 30 mins on hold to speak to someone, in comparison to Howdens who answer the phone in seconds. Well worth paying a little extra in my opinion

I had an accident with my truck, phoned up my insurance company Howdens and spoke with Paige. Provided the information and she took care of everything, found a garage and hire car for me. What was great was the follow up calls and emails I received. When there seemed a bit of a delay Paige followed up and got things moving. She was also great at explaining my policy and the cover I had. I will definitely be staying with Howdens and would recommend. Ultimately the service provided was great. Thank you Paige.
