They can't promise to make your insurance cheaper necessarily but they can make sure it's the right insurance to cover all your needs. So nice to be able to speak to a human, with a name instead of an automated system. The advisors don't get a commission on what they sell so they don't push any particular insurance company. I felt listened to and able to discuss the insurance cover I was purchasing. Nice guy, very affable and patient. Felt reassurred and happy when I left the office.

Can’t recommend A plan enough I’m in my 75th year and been with them several years now had my renewal and did go compare.com found cheaper quotes but not offering any where near what suited my needs so called A plan back they spent time and negotiate with the company that had quoted originally and got me a better deal not as cheap as some off the cheaper deals but what I needed for me at a very competitive price can’t recommend them enough great service 😊

I would recommend A-plan insurance because they always find me the best price for my car insurance. I always check online comparison sites first and the lovely friendly staff at A-plan came up trumps this time being the best priced insurance. They are local and it's nice to have interaction with a real person which is rare in this day and age.

Very satisfactory. However my premium has gone up and so has the 'administration fee' for actually arranging my car insurance (although this was discounted for me). I will need to be vigilant about the 'administration fee' in future and take it into account when considering quotes from different companies.

As we fast approach becoming Octogenarians the benefit of having such things as insurance located all in one place with the benefit of one telephone call should the need arise and speaking to the same person each time is a major benefit. Having a broker that provides competitive prices is an added bonus. A-Plan insurance are reliable, trustworthy and so easy to deal with and I recommend them for all types of insurance.
