Have just renewed our vehicle insurance with Kerry at Howden (Motor Direct). Kerry worked with us to achieve a very competitive quote. We were given Howden insurance via our van convertor at this stage I was frustrated talking to other insurance brokers who where obviously in the wrong job. As soon as Katy at Howdens picked up the phone the customer service just oozed over the phone and I knew then I had found the right company, the best service and the right price. As usual, they did the job so I didn't have to. Which is the entire point of a broker - you just make the call, they call you back, you discuss the quotes, then you buy your cover. I spoke with Chris and Adam from the Taunton office. Both of them were extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. After my initial quotation and further investigation managed to get the price down even further saving me just over £40, this may not seem a lot but my current insurers renewal was up £100 on the previous year. From my experience the service is excellent and I would highly recommend Howden. For me it’s relieved the stress of trailing through the internet.
