They offered me the best option to take with the best deal for me, and insured my imported car when every other insurance company wouldn't. I found the whole process nice and easy and also stress free which is why I have insured with them for a second year and will go back for my third next year.

Friendly helpful staff, although as a regular customer renewing my policy I found the 30 minute plus phone call a bit patronising to be honest, script phrases necessary but maybe not so many especially when you renew every year and have been driving over 40years.

Spoke with Emma today who was very helpful, she explained everything to me and kept asking if I had any questions or queries. I'll be honest I hate doing insurance because I'm not the brightest when it comes to answering questions about the car but Emma made me feel calm and not daft. My husband has his insurance through A plan he drives a T6 campervan and he's been with them for a number of years. Definitely recommending them to everyone.
