The process is quite straightforward and the staff always helpful. I usually can't be bothered shopping around for alternative quotes so rely on them for a good deal. Especially as a multi policy customer. Rising costs are becoming a bigger problem! So a good deal will be more important in future.

There were several issues with the car renewal this year but 2 members of the Evesham branch were particularly helpful. Alicia and Mike. I spoke with Alicia first, she explained the issues very politely and suggested Mike was the person I needed, he was very good and came up with the best solution and was very thorough in explaining everything. A complicated issue resolved. Very very pleased with Howden Evesham

The price was very competitive and Lauren Serrano Burke had done all checks to make sure it was all top notch and suited to our needs.

Fed up with dealing with matters on line or telephone. So refreshing to have personal contact with your representative in my local office. Service was very courteous and professional. All available options for my home insurance were fully explained and once I had made a choice I was able to walk away with all the relevant documents - negating the need for me to print off reams of paperwork . This is my first contact and to date I am very satisfied. I hope to repeat the exercise with my vehicle(s) insurance when they become due later this year. Thanks and well done.

I usually hate being on the phone with insurance companies or anything of the like. But I’ve got to say the lady I spoke to (Emma Stanton) made it an absolute pleasure!! She was helpful, reassuring, explained everything in great detail & at times actually made me forget I was on the phone with an insurance company!!
