I did not have to do anything, I was notified that my car insurance was due with the updated cost, I contacted the Newport office an agreed to go ahead for another year. I received my new documents when the old ones expired, I happy for another year.

I think it would have been better if the company had reviewed all possible options to reduce my premium before the date that I had to renew my insurance and then when I phoned I could have been presented with the best option.

Will at A Plan sorted an improved car insurance for me. However the papers were supposed to be sent to me by post and email; they did not arrive and I had to contact my local office in Chelmsford to request the insurance information be sent to me. This they did on the same day by email. The postal copy never arrived.
