I give this rating because Mark is such a good insurance adviser/consultant. I would say that the quality of the firm is high. However there are some less helpful, less pleasant advisors. I have been with them for 12 years and Mark is the best

I struggled to compare motor insurance policies online after my previous insurer had ceased offering direct insurance. A friend recommended the Cheltenham branch of A-Plan. I followed that advice and Steve did all of the hard work for me and explained everything. The result is that I have a policy offering more than my previous one and actually costing me less than I paid 12 months ago.

Hi I’ve just renewed my household insurance (again) via APlan in Worthing. Very impressed with the service I received from Charmaine. Even as I was on the point of agreeing a new quote she found me a cheaper alternative and did not balk at running all the paperwork again on a HOT HOT HOT Friday afternoon! Great service. I have been with A-Plan for a few years now, mainly because the staff are very helpful and I know I can go and see them in person if I need to. Their quote was in line with others I had received and I was reassured that it included everything I need.
