I didn't have to spend hours on the laptop filling in pointless questions, or wait hour's in a queue to speak to someone , I walked into there office and left within 10 minutes with a quote . That was 180 pounds cheaper than my now x insurance company so in my books that's bloody brilliant.

Having recently been taken over by Howden insurance, I can say it has been seamless in it's operation and continues to be a very interactive company. I prefer the face to face approach and again, wonderful to see that this was not an alien thing for Howdens. everything was explained and talked through, I felt at ease when I left. Thanks to Howden for this turn of events.
