I had the best customer service ever from Cecile Virely at the Sutton Coldfield office. She was warm and friendly yet professional. She listened carefully to my queries and answered. When she couldn’t give an immediate answer, she promised to find out and get back to me. She promptly came back every time in a follow up call. She delivered excellent customer service.
