This is my 2nd year with A-plan insurance. I find most of their employees I had dealt with are very professional. Due to my bank app error, a duplicate payment was paid to A-plan insurance. The next morning, their commercial manager Mark from Solihull branch called and informed me about the payment. After the call I become very anxious, I called A-plan back, the lady who I spoke to was very sympathetic, she said Mark would contact me to advise when the money could be returned. Later the afternoon, Mark returned a call and said the money should arrive to my account within 24 hours. I am so pleased with their professionalism and caring for their customers. They deserve a 5 stars.

I have used APlan for a number of my policies. When an alternative insurer increased a premium by 30% AND reduced cover l was not amused.
I asked Hassan at their Maidenhead branch what he could do. Within 24 hours he delivered a policy better suited to my needs. A little more expensive than my previous cover, but l will always pay for excellent personal service. Well done Hassan and APlan.

I've always been very impressed with Fareham A-Plan. I will certainly continue to use them. On my last visit Ryan was especially helpful, he dealt with my hearing problem with sympathy and respect.

I have had dealings with A Plan for many years & have high regards for their professionalism & quality of service. Only time I have moved away from them is in their failure to match a cheaper quotation. But I always check with them for a quotation.

Plenty of advance warning of renewal date, and looked for ways of reducing the dramatically-increased premium, but with only token reduction. Quite good communication and pleasant phone manner from various staff members.

A plan are always polite, professional and efficient and are always looking for the best deal for you. They are very knowledgeable with all areas of insurance whether it be car insurance, building and content insurance or holiday insurance. In this instance I received excellent advice with regards selecting suitable insurance for my car, which made me feel reassured and confident that A plan always work hard to provide me with the best deal.

They arranged insurance for our two vehicles, obtained great quotes for us and talked us through what we were buying and made everything very transparent.
I would definitely recommend APlan, you get to speak to and work with an individual who actually wants to provide excellent service. To add to that you can actually phone & ask to speak to the individual that you have been working with if you have any questions on your policy. Unlike other insurance company where you never get the same person.

Premiums are now becoming unafordable to pay in one hit. However, the company is willing to listen and do the best they can for you. But if price rises continue, I for one will be looking for cheaper cover no matter what the consequences, especially for motor insurance. I believe it is expensive because it is a legal requirement. For instance I have not had a claim for years, so I consider myself a low risk and in future will pay accordingly
