Had a call 2 days ago to renew my car insurance which was due for renewal..... as always howden insurance delt with this promptly and professionally. The phone call was handled by a staff member i believe to be named chloe bellingham and she was a pleasure to deal with. Ive been with this company for a number of years now an fully recommended them to anyone

Everyone I've spoken to at Howden Insurance is very friendly and professional. I was receiving poor service from the provider I was with and wanted to change but didn't know where to start with all the online options. Olivia at Tooting was recommended to me as someone I should speak to and within the hour she had gone through all that I needed to know, was speedy with all that I needed her to know, found me a great deal and I'm now happily covered. I wasn't put on hold or sent around the houses before I got to speak to someone, and I also know that if/when I need to contact Howden's in the future, I will be able to speak to Olivia either by text, email or on the phone. It is not very often I come across a firm like this and will be delighted to give Olivia all of my family's insurance business.

Recently insured another van with Howdens and had a mistaken identity claim issue sorted.Dealt with Nicole Hickman from the Solihull branch.Nicole was professional,helpful,polite and did her best to get my quote lower.It was lovely to speak to someone so friendly.I will be asking to speak to Nicole again when I change vehicles.Thanks alot Nicole 😊 James Bowden Nottingham

We have used the Bicester branch (formally A-Plan) for car insurance for many years and have always received great customer service. They are always happy to go the extra mile to assist the customer. We have also just bought our 1st travel insurance policy from them (thanks Kistella!) and had the same great customer experience. Highly recommend.

Howdens were great. Agents really helpful. Although we've had an issue relating to Ageas refusing to pay a full claim to a third-party, which is finally just (hopefully) being settled but has resulted in a County Court Judgement against my son - a named driver - that lawyers for Ageas are now working to have rescinded. That experience has been very unfortunate.

My husband has Van Insurance with Howden and suggested I also contacted them for my Car Insurance. So pleased I did, as I was with another well known Car Insurance Company for years, but their price rise was unbelievable. Howden searched for a price that I was comfortable with and so reasonable.
