I’d had a few miscalls from Howdens asking me to call them as my car insurance was coming up for renewal. I tried calling back a few times but no one was available to take my call. I started getting quotes from other companies and then had a call from Polly at Howdens. She was so polite and patient and provided a very competitive renewal price.

Excellent service for additional amendment to existing car policy. Only fault is the policy document is not showing in the online vault, so an IT glitch. However, a copy was emailed promptly by the team.

This was my first visit ro Howdens, after approx 40 years with another Company. I wanted a cheaper price and face to face service. I got both. Very pleasant young Gentleman looked after me.

Although I had expected a price increase in premiums I was absolutely astounded with the almost doubling of price. I have NEVER had to claim on car insurance. Riding’s Insurance, (Bury) recommended Howdens and transferred my details to you, when they sadly ceased trading.Being a active pensioner I need to carefully take stock this year and for the future.
