Howden had been recommended to me because of the niche nature of the vehicle I wished to insure. I telephoned and spoke to Bernard who was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Since my initial call Bernard has been outstanding, unfazed by my questions and concerns. Consequently I took out a policy that meets my needs at a very reasonable cost. I follow a T5 online forum which say about Howden being the best insurance around for T5's. I was with another company whilst I was converting and once converted they nearly.double their price. Having called Howden who were very reasonable i then changed to them.
