Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service. Obtained a basic quote for my car insurance and then negotiated with a panel of specialist underwriters to maintain the level of cover but reduced the premium payable by £210. Obtained cover for a second car at the same level as the previous year with no increase in the premium. An excellent result at a time when car insurance premiums are rising steeply.
