In January I took out home and car insurance through Howden and this included a thorough review of my requirements. I have a Range Rover and the premium for this had increased significantly (in January Howden provided a competitive market quote). In March I found out Land Rover had started to issue their own insurance at a significantly reduced cost and Howden reacted quickly to help me switch to Land Rover and provide a refund. My home insurance and my wife's car insurance remain with Howden.

After spending 3 months searching for an acceptable insurance quote for my RR sport, I was running out of options and considering having to sell the vehicle. Thankfully, Gaya in the Wimbledon office took the time to listen to my circumstances and within 24 hrs was able to source a policy with excellent cover which has literally saved me thousands. For me it is all about people. I want my requirements and circumstances to be understood by professionals that I am insuring with. The A Plan, now Howdens, team in Solihull are superb. My motor and household policies are with them and I have dealt with Nigel, Paige, Natalie and Nicole who have all been absolutely great. All very professional, courteous and helpful.
