Howden formally known as (A-Plan) insurance have always dealt with my inquires and have given us better renewal prices, than high street brands. They always assist and handle call with the upmost respect, again better than the standard call centre. I have never walked into the branch, even though I have walked past it when I'm in town centre.

I have now received a telephone conversation from the manager of my local Howden insurance ( Hereford ) , who with great patience explained the numberious reasons for the sudden increase of my wife's insurance quote
I now know and fully understand the reason for the increase .
