To be honest, having Howdens contactable by phone, and calling in at their office in Cheltenham so easy… this is a real plus against the online only companies etc. And service is great, no complaints ! I never give a 100% star award. You always leave a little room for improvement, so 4.9 is my final star selection !!

I received my new car insurance quote and found it much higher than last year. On having a conversation with a Howden rep I was able to secure a much more acceptable quote through another of their insurance companies. Rebecca(I believe her name) was most helpful and obliging and wanted me to continue as a customer. I am very pleased with your service. I have recommended your service to family & friends. Thank you.
