My computer skills are outdated and give me panic attacks. Especially when you get caught in a loop and having to hang on the phone line only to be disconnected grrr. Therefore I wanted a company that is local and I could go visit if required. Staff have been exceptionally helpful and find the cheapest option for my needs. Customer service to me is top priority.

I have been with Howden since the A Plan days with all my insurance needs - home, cars etc. You get to speak to a person (usually the same one every year) so it feels like a very personal service. They always go above and beyond to get the best deals and I feel like I am in very safe hands.
