Whilst the name has changed, one hopes that the quality of personal service will remain the same after decades of using A Plan. Guess only time will tell. It is the personal service that has kept us (and all our policies) with A Plan, as the prices are higher than those found online. Personable, polite and helpful staff.

I have been with A plan for a number of years. I was very disappointed about the considerable hike in the premium this year. Of course it may be co-incidental that the increase coincided with the transfer to Howden but unfortunately it will result in my scanning the market next time the insurance is due on either of my cars.
