Local residents in the borough of Richmond are being reminded to protect themselves from becoming victims of petty crime this Christmas by being aware of the most common mistakes people make over the festive period.
All motorists who were wrongly issued a PCN have now been sent a letter by Richmond Council informing them that they are eligible to apply for a refund.
Apply now for your permanent RichmondCard to take advantage of 30 minutes’ free parking and further discounts on longer stays on offer within the borough.
Drivers who received a penalty charge notice for parking-related offences from camera cars that were not properly certified will be able to appeal their ticket following full Council approval in September.
