Magnificent Cathedral inside and out. No charge to go in and we went around on our own, there were guided tours if you wanted them.

We visited the cathedral whilst the moonwalk exihbition was taking place, large area that had photo of moon surface from NASA imposed on to floor, so we all walked on the moon.
An amazing and very big cathedral.
Definitely worth a visit.

I last visited the cathedral in 1983. It is stunning inside and out. See evidence below. So much to see in this magnificent building as well as the moon exhibition too. The depth of history abounds, the architecture is amazing. Such a delight.

The only surviving Medieval three spired Cathedral in England. A beautiful Cathedral situated next to Minster and Stowe pool. Great to visit to connect with the past and also conducive for contemplation and reflection. I've been visiting this Cathedral on a regular basis ever since I was a young lad and still find something new to enjoy and appreciate with each visit.

I've lived in Lichfield for 30 years and I never tire of visiting the Lady of the Vales, and The Close. You always feel welcome & the calm serenity is life affirming; it's the hub of our city, past, present and future.

Had a great time at the light and sound exhibition on Space and the Apollo Missions to the Moon on Sunday 25th August. Took our elderly in-laws and they had a great time. So well organised. We were booked on the 8.15pm entry and we went in on the dot. Will definitely go to another such event.
