For a small cathedral it's a place to reflect and be at ease as you look around. It nice your left to wonder without intrusion.

Mooie kathedraal. Centrale ruimte van deze enorme kathedraal was zonder kerkbanken maar belegd met een enorme foto van het maanoppervlak. Thema: wat betekent de maanlanding voor je geloof.<br>Verder een prachtige kerk met mooie beelden, prachtige gebrandschilderde ramen in een niet in WOII gebombardeerd deel etc. Heb nu geen foto's van deze kerk, alleen van het uitzicht erop vanuit het huis van Darwins grootvader

An incredibly beautiful three spired, sandstone Gothic Cathedral in the centre of Lichfield. Some jaw dropping architecture you can't help but stand and admire.

Visited this lovely cathedral with my teenager. Beautiful setting well maintained. The location is right on the high street so perfect for seeing the shops or the market at the same time. Worth a look

Set in a lovely Close setting this Cathedral can be seen from miles around - really stands out.
Outside is adorned with many ornate carved figures.
Inside the big attraction is the very bright and clear stained glass Flemish Windows.
When we visited a choir was practicing - and we were able to sit a just enjoy their Music. (Choirmaster was being really tough on them! - sounded fine to us and my wife sings in a choir).
Choral Music in the vast expanse of a Cathedral is always a Joy.
Free Entry - but Donations always welcome.

Beautiful Cathedral, lots to look at for all ages.
When I visited it was summer holiday and there were activities for school age children, on the way out I spoke to a family with two young children who were very eager to show me the tickets they had made and let me know how much fun they had had that day.

Magnificent Cathedral inside and out. No charge to go in and we went around on our own, there were guided tours if you wanted them.
