Posting my fave photo of the trip to Lichfield Cathedral. Its donation on entry their suggested minimum is 5 pounds. Beautiful architecture, and there are paid scheduled tours where you can even go up the tower. There's nice displays inside such as nature photography, old books and a massive oak table in the middle. Will go again 😊

Lichfield cathedral is a stunning building surrounded by the beautiful city of Lichfield. The history of this awesome building and the architecture is fascinating and you can easily spend an hour or so walking around the cathedral and marveling at it's stunning architectural design. There is no fee to enter but a donation is encouraged. It's well worth it. If you're in Staffordshire I recommend a visit.

I saw Lichfield cathedral on YouTube when Billy Moore visited. My daughter and I visited Lichfield on a weekday so fairly quiet as l like it.lichfield is a great shopping town with clean streets and a charming atmosphere. The cathedral is stunning and the nearby park is lovely to walk round.Parking is reasonable and there is a car park very near the town centre and cathedral.I would encourage anyone who has not gone ven any thought previously to go and have a great day there.
