When I arrived no clarity on which room we were in and nobody about to ask. Staff during the rest of the event where very helpful and buffet lunch was okay (no suprises sandwiches, sausage rolls and the like). Very little cold drinks available throughout the day but coffee and tea were there.

Stayed in a "Jr suite" it was tidy clean and spacious. Bit dated but nice, beds comfortable.
Spa is good. Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi and a pool. They could do with more loungers when it's busy.
Food is the biggest let down. £31 for a fillet steak and then they serve it with fresh from the freezer fries!! Massive let down.
I'd stay again I'd just eat out 👍
