Good venue for a corporate event. My company uses it regularly and the staff are very accommodating. Food is adequate. The building is quirky. The gym is very handy to have.

Here for a business event so haven't used the spa facilities but the hotel is well maintained, staff have been pleasant and helpful, food is good.

Went for a hen-do, it was absolutely Fabulous! Staff are so amazing and attentive, couldn't ask for more. The food was beautiful, the facilities were great, the massages were so nice

Rooms very clean .(but starting to look a little tired ).
Loved the little touches in the room. Fresh milk in the fridge , excellent hot drinks sachets and "to go" hot drink cups available .
Wine was ridiculously expensive ...£22.00 for very ordinary bottle.
Pool looked great ( but we didn't get a chance to use it ).
We were there for a "flappers " night and food was good .
Would definitely go again.

After a rocky start with the events team the hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and bright, food was delicious and the spa facilities were second to none. My friends and I had a wonderful weekend and we intend to make it an annual event. My personal thanks go to the General Manager - Gareth, for making my 50th such a memorable one by upgrading my room and giving me a bottle of bubbly. Thank you.
