Not a great experience for our company Xmas dinner for staff and partners - uncooked vegetables, very slow service (20 minutes difference between serving different people on same table) and complaint yielded no response from the management - poor show all round. Casino evening was poorly run, drinks expensive and slow.

Stayed here for two nights. Had a signature room with a large sofa and bed. A bit dusty and could have done a better job at light & sound proofing the door... Massages were good but shorter than the 25 minutes stated (20 and 17 minutes according to the clock in the room). The restaurant usually offers a wide range of foods but at the time I went there was little vegetarian options (only 1 pasta meal for dinner, and no hashbrowns for breakfast). The spa facilities are great as everyone would say but small details make me feel like it could have been a better stay.

Nice hotel, with brilliant facilities, in a good logistical location. Free parking, and a nice spa and pool. Only negatives are the location of the hotel on a business park, lack of parking and no plug sockets on the bed wall.
