I have had Afternoon Tea in many many places and went here yesterday . The best I have had by far. Lovely table and China, fabulous food and so much and such good value. Staff were loverly. Can't wait to go back.

Food very good , decorations good , function in too many split up areas , mince pies, mint chocolate and sweets and milk pic showing for 14 people ! Too. Much clutter on tables not taken away through out the night , guests clearing tables to make space

I have visited KPH twice now, we booked a girls night out package for a chilled Hen - do for my friend. We then returned to have the wedding there and stay over. I cannot fault both experiences regards to the room and quality of everything you get and experience. My only down point is the extra £50 charge they tried to charge me for (without me knowing) if I charged anything to my room. Which I wasn't happy about as in the account I was paying with had just over the correct amount for the room. And it's declined infront of everyone in the queue. Which caused slight embarrassment. I wasn't charging anything to the room. Would have been nice to have been informed of the charge before they just put it on..
But all in all, I cannot wait to visit.again .

We went here for a meal to celebrate a Birthday. We booked a table for six in the restaurant but we're allocated a table out of the main Restaurant in close proximity to the Bar. There was a wedding party on, and the people were very loud and we couldn't hear ourselves speak. It was certainly not a great ambience or enjoyable. There were a few mistakes made during the evening and trying to split the bill was very awkward. In fairness they tried extremely hard once we had complained and gave us some free drinks and money off the bill. They couldn't be knocked for their response but I could choose a few better restaurants that offer a better experience for a similar price.

Stayed here for one night and it's honestly great value for money. The spa itself is on the small side, however there was only ever a handful of people using it so there was plenty of space. Both the spa and the hotel was very clean, and the building itself was warm and welcoming. Food was really nice (we both had the steak and it was cooked beautifully) and the staff were always accommodating and very friendly.
The room we stayed in was spacious, with a lounge area and came with little added extras of a coffee machine and a bottle of rose In the fridge.
Would reccomened staying here and making use of the spa facilities and treatments. It's a great place to relax and unwind and would love to go back.
