Fantastic hotel, we had a two meeting and a one night stay. The meeting venue and lunch was fantastic and the room was equally as good. I needed some help from reception and Peggy was amazing.

Although the staff were very friendly I was quite disappointed with the facilities, it was quite over crowded in the pool area with nowhere to relax after a massage and other guests were taking up lounging areas with their towels and nowhere to be seen. The massage itself was "ok" lasting in total of 15mins but 30mins with the whole getting ready etc. The therapist was booked back to back with treatments and as a therapy myself I know how the drill goes.
Our concerns were taken up with management and he was very polite, professional and is was aware of our concerns, he was kind enough to compliment us with lunch of our choice.

Nice hotel with good decor throughout and lovely spa facilities. Our check in was a bit of a shambles due to the member of staff who was clearly struggling with the job and was a bit rude inadvertently by making snappy comments to another member of staff on the desk. Service in the bar was restaurant was great and very relaxed, same in the spa area. Breakfast was a little disappointing as food looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while, also certain items not replenished. We did feel that restaurant was a little overpriced but the staff were so great it didn’t matter.

I had a business meeting here and the meeting rooms were very comfortable and had all the presentation facilities needed. The parking is limited on site, so give yourself plenty of time. The lunch provided was very good and they cater for dietary requirements too.
