Enjoyed my birthday treat spa day with afternoon tea friendly staff. Hotel beautiful but don't leave drinks at pool side as saw several flys drinking from hot choclates that were then being drunk after.

Great Spa but disappointing restaurant. I would rate the Spa as potentially 5* but let down by restaurant with poor service, bad food and 2 tier treatment of diners.

Nice rooms and a nice breakfast.i wasn't impressed with a service charge added to my drinks bill. I could understand if I hadn't ordered at the bar and carried them away myself.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for 2 nights with the family. All staff were very polite and courteous. Nice room and facilities. Good pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms. Worth a visit.

It's lovely to sit down to write something positive, so here goes... We had a wonderful stay at KPH&Spa. All the staff were helpful, pleasant and sometimes just downright wonderful. The rooms (both, more later) were clean and comfortable. The manager went out of her way to help us solve a doggie issue by finding us a doggie room for our second room. Our dog LOVED staying at the hotel, the room, the dog bed, the doggie towel, welcome note, doggie bags and especially the specially baked biscuit (more of those please), were all amazing surprises. A thank you to the man who stopped hoovering as we passed by on our way back from a 3am doggie outing, and then went out of his way to say hello. Another thank you to the bar staff who kindly helped us heat the doggie pad. The spa was relaxing (what more do you need), the hot tub - fabulous, the pool very nice, the sauna and steam room smelt wonderful. Yes, no doubt about it, we will return soon.
PS: I can't resist some suggestions though - a) online booking forms for the Spa please. b) a few less emails, but please do reply to any sent, and no phone calls ;). Thank you and see you soon.

Overall good acceptable service but email confirmation was not received till days after booking was made and breakfast service was poor due to delay and missing breakfast items.

A very relaxing over night stay in a very nice Hotel, where the staff in all area's were very helpful, polite and very smart.
The food was very good and the Spa very clean and tidy with a very relaxed atmosphere, which you could continue outside in the garden using the loungers provided and drinks brought to your side. Thank you and we would go back.

Had a hen weekend booked, the hotel is lovely, and Saturday we had a great meal. An incident on Sunday morning, involving a complementary drink after spa treatment with a rude member of staff left us feeling very awkward. And a phone call from reception to tell us we needed to checkout now, when we had paid for late check out on our booking confirmation. Both left us feeling a bit unwelcome on Sunday, we only stayed for 1 night.

I have stayed here for nearly 3 months with work and I enjoyed it.
The rooms are lovely and very cosy, makes you feel like home.
There have been mixed emotions in terms of how I felt about the place. Some bad experiences, but the good ones were definitely making me forget about the bad.
Staff are very friendly and polite, hotel is clean and nicely managed. Food is OK but can be better for the prices. My all time fav was the Beef Burger, beautiful cooked and rich in flavour.
The back garden is well presented and the best place to relax after a hard day of work.
Internet is not he fastest and your phone signal sometimes can be low...so don't expect to watch 4K movies on Netflix without buffering
Overall result; I would come back, but not for long stays.

Lovely twilight spa experience. Plenty of time allowed to use the facilities while enjoying a poolside drink. The spa treatments themselves were relaxing and all staff were so friendly.

Highly recommend. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice food. Air conditioned rooms. Brilliant service and I can't forget everything Spa 🙂 Had the best weekend ever with a group of friends (19 in total). Will definitely be back!

The hotel and restaurant were 4-star worthy. We stayed 4 nights and and ate breakfast each morning and had dinner twice. I did not visit the spa, it didn’t look like my style really. Make sure to book any treatments in advance- I did plan to get a massage and they were booked over a few weeks out, so no luck. The breakfast was excellent, but the dinner was not worth the cost in my opinion (it was still good, but rather expensive). That said- it’s the best in the immediate area so it is what it is. Overall, a nice experience. The room was clean, fresh linens and tidy up daily- a good stay.
