Really nice hotel, though the area was a little quiet unless you got a taxi to the neighboring towns. We were disappointed that we were not able to book any spa time, or able to book any treatments, though appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel, during a time of additional restrictions. Would recommend that anyone planning on travelling make sure to book in spa time two weeks ahead of their trip. The restaurant food was very good, and the continental breakfast was lovely.

Fantastic place with fantastic staff. Rooms are clean and luxurious, breakfast was to die for. My partner and I certainly didnt require much else to eat for the rest of the day. We will certainly be coming back again.soon.

Post lockdown return visit for us. The staff were really pleasant and made it an altogether nice experience. The spa facility is open but obviously they are limiting numbers, if it's important for you remember to book ahead. We had a drink in the bar then ate in the restaurant, prices are as you'd expect for a 4* hotel and really couldn't ask for more from the excellent service we received. We'll be back.

I recently got married at KPH in April and I can't praise the staff highly enough. From the outset Steph was fantastic, she was always quick to respond and helped put our mind at rest whenever we had an questions. She certainly made the planning lots easier!
On the day all of the staff were incredible they blended into the background and Sebastian was just perfect. He covered every detail and helped make our day flawless.
Massive thanks to all the staff at KPH and I'd highly recommend them. We will be booking a reception for those that couldn't attend the day and will be doing this through KPH as we are so confident with their services.
