Nice relaxing stay overall. Room clean and tidy. Spa staff very friendly and accommodating. However, if you are vegan, menu options are very limted, the standard vegan burger and one option that can be made vegan if you request it. No indication of vegan friendly wine options, had to ask. Very disappointing, after being reassured following a stay in January that the menu and wine list needed updating to be more considerate to a vegan diet. I was made to feel a bit of an inconvenience by a few members of staff, which if the menu and wine list were labelled correctly, I would not have had to keep asking. Not what I expect from a 4 star Hotel.

Lovely stay here. Hotel felt very Covid-safe and all staff were helpful and friendly. Signature room was warm and comfortable. Food was fantastic. Can’t fault anything!

Went to a friend's wedding there, food was brilliant, staff excellent and venue spot on. Will go there again. And the wedding cake was made by a local cake maker. Jo's Cakes and More in Rothwell.
